I’m Dana, married to an amazing man and mother of two adorable children (one boy and one girl).
I have always had a passion for health and wellness and received my BS in Kinesiology from Wheaton College in 2001 and my MA in Exercise Physiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2003. I am a runner, musician, lover of God, and health coach. My desire is to help others transform their lives and be in a healthier place. I believe we shouldn’t just try to survive in life, but actually thrive.
I was introduced to essential oils in March 2014. It was the beginning of getting the chemicals out of my house and defining healthy in different terms. That spring I decided to grow an organic garden in my backyard. I started using chemical-free cleaning products (to get the harmful chemicals out of my house) and paraben-free and chemical-free beauty products (to get the chemicals away from my largest organ — my skin).
